Vision:

We desire to engage our community, expressing the love of Christ through authentic relationships, relevant worship, impactful biblical instruction, innovative & effective outreach, so that, every person in the Mountain Lake area has an opportunity to experience the life changing reality of Jesus Christ. Titus 2:14, 3:14, Col 3:12-17, Eph.4:15-16

Mission:

Compelled by love, we purpose to bring people to faith in Jesus Christ and into God’s family, and disciple them to be devoted followers of Christ  equipped to train others to do the same. “Changed lives………Changing lives” Jn. 3:16, Romans 5:8, Mtt. 28:18-20

AUTHENTIC | We are called to “love God” and to “love one another.” 1 Tim. 1:5; Luke 10:27

BIBLICAL | The Word of God is at all times and in all places relevant and our guide for all things that pertain to life. We are unashamed to proclaim its truth and accept its authority. 2 Tim.3:16; Ps. 119:105

FERVENT PROCLAIMERS OF THE GOSPEL | The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God to Salvation. Jesus came to “seek the lost”. The saving message of Jesus is central to all our ministry efforts. Rom. 1:16-17,;John 3:16; Luke 19:10

COMMITTED TO THE COMMUNITY | Involvement in the lives around us is paramount in impacting people with the love of Christ and gives opportunity to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the lost. Prov 29:2; Matt. 5:13-15; Gal. 5:22-23; 1Peter 4:10

COMMITTED TO MISSIONS | We partner with ministries committed to the gospel of Jesus Christ to build His Church locally and around the world. Matt. 28:19; Mark 13:10,16:15; Acts 13:47

RELEVANT | We are culturally sensitive but uncompromisingly Biblical, committed to creating welcoming environments that are consistent with the needs of our community. Rom. 12:1-2; 1 Cor. 9:22; 1 Chron. 12:32

DEVOTED FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST | “Changed lives…. Changing Lives.” All those who have had their lives changed by the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ need to be equipped and empowered to disciple others for the glory of Jesus Christ. 2 Tim. 2:2; Eph. 4:11-17; Jn.15:8

PRAYER | Prayer is an essential ministry of the Christian.We are instructed “do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your [our] requests to God. Phil. 4:6-7 NIV – Jer. 33:3; Eph 6:18-19

EXCELLENCE | Everything we do must be done with excellence. Col. 3:23; Phil 4:8; 2 Peter 1:3-4
